You’re such a Tea-se

I am not a tea professional I don't know if these facts are scientifically proven, I am just going off what I have researched.

You may see this post as me scraping the barrel for things to write about, I see it as extremely creative… haha.

Tea, may be the drink that we rely on to start us off for the day or to just make us feel cosy and comfortable. I know I am always drinking tea, maybe even too much of it. I live for a cuppa!

Let’s talk the health benefits, because why not convince ourselves to drink a bit more of the stuff.

1. Tea contains Antioxidants.

They can help our bodies to protect itself.

2. Tea is better for you than coffee.

Tea contains less caffeine than what coffee does, which makes it less addcitive. It has less of an impact on our nervous system.

3. Tea might boost your immune system.

According to studies, it can boost your immune cells, so in the future tea might save you from illnesses.

4. Helps ageing.

Anything that can stop me from looking older is a yes! I am convinced, GIVE ME LOADS! Apparently it helps to reduce the free radicals in the body which helps with your level of ageing.

5. Too much of a good thing.

However, too much of something is never a good thing. Believe it or not I was shocked when I heard this, it is possible to consume too much tea, and can upset your body if so.

For me the best thing about tea is it always helps to relax me. If I ever get a bit stressed or need to have a moment a cuppa is the point of call everytime.

I hope you find this post very inciteful (pointless), thanks for reading,
